Travanleo is hiring SAP Solution Manager consultants with strong expertise in SAP ChaRM (Change & Release Management). This role will work on implementation and support of SAP Solution Manager ChaRM for large global clients. • 5+ years of design, implementation, configuration and support knowledge and experience in all areas of SAP Solution Manager ChaRM.
• Strong hands-on experience in ChaRM end to end configuration for different types of SAP landscapes, ChaRM workflow customization a per customer requirements, Retrofit, DGP, CSOL configurations.
• Solid understanding of SAP implementations, ALM, SAP release and Change management processes/best practices, SAP Activate, Agile Scrum, Dev Ops.
• Experience in working with development, basis, testing and functional teams to plan and execute the release and import of SAP changes through testing phases and during the cutover rehearsals, go-live and hyper-care phases of the release.
• Proficiency in all key SAP Solution Manager modules and Focused Build, Good knowledge on SAP Basis & SAP Landscape management is a plus.
• Proficient in communications, documentation, consulting, client management, analytical skills, and solutions consultant mind-set
• Ability to work independently across time zones with global teams with limited supervision. Should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops, architecture, document implementations and user training.
• Seeks out and accepts feedback, is a proactive learner, takes on tough assignments to improve skills, keeps knowledge and skills up to date, turns mistakes into learning opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering from a reputed university.
