Role :Travanleo is hiring a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Sales Manager with a strong background in selling SaaS solutions to B2B enterprises in the Middle East region. This position requires a proactive individual who can drive sales and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential B2B enterprise clients in the Middle East region, focusing on industries aligned with our SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand customer requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our SaaS solutions in driving ESG and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, considering profitability targets and customer requirements.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to customers
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably within the Middle East region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to engage with C level executives
- Good understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices, with the ability to articulate their importance and value to customers will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional sales closure and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence key decision-makers.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic or any other relevant regional language is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate customer challenges and objections.
- A pro-active individual who doesn’t need to be managed and flexible with a “can-do” attitude, being able to take on new tasks, and who is ready to go that extra mile to achieve excellent results
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
